Welcome to VerifiedROI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

VerifiedROI is a marketing analytics platform that helps advertisers measure the incremental impact of paid search advertising using statistical modeling. The Service is designed for marketing professionals, agencies, and eCommerce brands.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
  • The Service is currently in beta, and we reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue it at any time.

3. User Data and Uploads

You may upload XLSX files containing advertising and sales data for analysis.
  • You retain all rights to your uploaded data.
  • By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the data for the sole purpose of generating and returning analytical results.
  • We do not store uploaded data or analysis results beyond the active session unless explicitly agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

VerifiedROI and all underlying code, algorithms, visual design, and branding are the intellectual property of the Company.
  • Users may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform or outputs for commercial reuse without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Results are based on user-uploaded data and statistical estimates; we do not guarantee business performance outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
